How To Book Cinnamon Villa.Step 1- Check Availability Check the date you wish to book is available, by either viewing the availability calendar or contacting us directly by email. Please note whilst every effort is made to ensure that the availability calendar is kept up to date there may be instances that new bookings are not shown on the calendar. Step 2 - Terms & Conditions Please read and understand the Terms & Conditions of Cinnamon Villa before booking. Step 3 - Making Your Booking. Once you have confirmed availability you must make a provisional booking by Email or Telephone. Reservations will be held for 7 days pending receipt of the completed booking form and a 20% deposit. Deposits can be paid in the form of a personnel UK cheque/ US cheque, cheques should be made payable to Mrs C Gent. We can also accept payment directly into our UK or USA by arrangement. Payments by credit card are processed through Paypal, please note that a 4% surcharge would be applied. The deposit is none refundable. Step 4 - Final Payment. Final payment for your vacation is due 8 weeks prior to your commencement date. Where the commencement date is less than 8 weeks away, full payment should be made at the same time as sending the completed booking form. A refundable deposit of £200 / $300 against inventory damage is required along with your balance. This is cashed and returned within 30 days of completion of your vacation. Upon receipt of your final payment travel directions and details of entering Cinnamon Villa will be given.
