The Villa is equipped with everything that you will require to make you stay enjoyable. Bed linen, towels (including beach towels) hairdryers in each bedroom and full laundry facilities. A basic welcome pack is supplied which consists of coffee, tea sweetners and creamers. For more information see facilities page.

4. Is the pool heated, and does it back onto other properties?

The pool is electrically heated (included in the cost) to provide year round fun in the sun. The Villa backs onto a canal rather than adjacent pools.

5. What direction does the pool & deck area face?

The pool and surrounding deck area are south facing giving all day long sun. So position that lounger and your set for the day.

6. Are there stores & restaurants nearby?

There is a Publix and Winn Dixie supermarket within a 5 minute drive of the Villa. A 20 minute drive brings you to Port Charlotte where you will find a large shopping mall and cinemas.

7. Can I rent baby equipment?

Yes, baby equipment is available to hire locally from our management company. All the equipment is sanitised prior to rental.

8. What are the attractions, and how far away are they?

The beautiful local beaches are a 10-15 minute drive away. Rotonda itself boasts 4 renowned golf courses - 1 being at the end of the road.

9. What entertainment and equipment is provided at the villa?

Cinnamon Villa boasts all the comforts that you would expect in a luxury villa. There is cable TV, Video/ DVD player, Microsoft XBox, Table tennis and 2 adult bikes and a range of books, games and CD's , pool and beach toys. A BBQ is also provided for that all important alfresco dining experience that Florida is famous for.

10. Are pets or smoking allowed?

Sorry but smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Villa for the safety and comfort of guests. No pets are allowed at the villa.

11. Is a phone & answering machine provided at the villa?

Yes there are 2 telephones - 1 in the Family room and the 2nd in the master bedroom. All local calls are free but to dial outside of the area a phone card will be required. These are readily available at most supermarkets such as Winn Dixie, Publix and Walmart.

12. Can you recommend car hire?

13. Which International airports can you fly into?

Tampa is the nearest Int Airport being 90 minutes north of the Villa. Orlando Int Airport is 2.5-3 hours drive away.

14. What are the Check in & Check out times?

Check in is at 4.00pm and check out is at 11.00 unless prior arrangement is made. This is to ensure that the house can be fully cleaned prior to your arrival.

15. Who do we contact if we need any help once we are at the villa?

We have employed a local Management Company, with over 15 years experience, based 5 minutes from the Villa. They are on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week to ensure peace of mind during your vacation and are more than happy to assist with anything you may need.
